Sleeping on duty
The selling of "G" qualification without shooting
Unlicensed activities such as persons working without the proper "D" or "G" License
Persons acting as Agency owners who do not have the proper Agency License
Employers failing to properly uniform employees
"G" Licensed officers in uniform & carrying their firearm while performing personal functions off duty
Working as an armed officer without the Class "G" License but rather only a CCW
