Frank L. Piper has been a leader in the security and firearms training industry since 1987 following his honorable service in the United States Marine Corps. With decades of experience spanning operations, management, instruction, and executive leadership, Frank is a highly respected NRA Law Enforcement Firearms Instructor and NRA Refuse To Be A Victim Faculty Member dedicated to developing the next generation of security and firearms professionals.
